Both numbers below print on the petition and on the back sheet — you enter each one once.
The liability
a hand loanFill these four and the first paragraph is written for you: “My client states that you being well known to my client, had borrowed a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- on 03.12.2024, from my client for your urgent family and medical needs and agreed to repay the said amount in two months to my client.” Leave the amount blank for any other kind of liability and type it in the box below instead.
Cheques
Re-presented a second time
Leave the first date blank and the second dishonour paragraph is not printed.
The cause title at the top prints the names only; these full lines print under the numbered blocks, exactly as the printed form does.
Change these two when the hearing is not a trial — “the filing of the written statement” and “file the written statement”, “enquiry” and “let in evidence”, and so on. They are used in the affidavit and in the prayer on both sheets.
Footer details — all optional; a blank box simply isn’t printed
Deponent (affidavit)
Batta memo details

Options
Persons to be served
One per line, numbered. Separate the three parts with | — Name | Address | Batta. If you leave out the batta, the default on the left is used; if there is no | at all, the name/address split happens at “residing at”.
Defendants
Paste the numbered defendant block from the plaint. Wrapped lines are joined automatically. The order sets the rank.
Garnishee notices — one per respondent
Add a block for each respondent/JD. Each becomes a separate notice + back-sheet. In the address boxes, put one line per line — every line prints as its own line.
Valuation of immovable property
One block per entry — each column has its own box, in the same order as the printed table. Leave a box empty to print it blank.
About this form
All the fixed wording is printed for you; only the details on the left change. Blanks you fill by hand in Word are shown as underscores.
Tips. Anything left as underscores is a blank you fill in by hand in Word — dates, hearing time, வாய்தா தேதி and the like. The printed wording of each form never changes; only the details you enter above.
